Airport Munich
The second largest airport of Germany offers cheap flights to Morocco in the cities of Agadir, Tangier and Marrakesch
directly with four different airlines. The airport itself lies nearly 30 kilometres outside from Munich, however,
is to be reached with the city railroad as well as by coaches uncomplicated - if the journey also lasts a little bit long.
With the passenger car one reaches about the A92 to the airport area, the way there is signposted very well.
Parking bays are available enough, only more than 15,000 roofed parking bays and other open ones. The multi-storey car park
in the terminal 2 is even one of the biggest multi-storey car parks in Germany, more than 6000 passenger cars can be put
down here.
The airport Munich Franz Josef Strauss, thus, in any case, the official name, has carried last year more than 34 million
passengers, the capacity is given with about 50 million passengers. Whether a planned Transrapid train connection with the
Munich central station is realised in close future, is in the stars still, an experience would be a journey with it,
in any case.
